The fractional CFO services were born out of the necessity of companies in the start-up phase desperately needing the services of an experienced CFO. Yet, they do not have the critical mass to pay the market value nor the workload necessary to maintain the attention of highly experienced CFO’s.
We have developed processes and models to foster growth and remove the necessity of our services. The goal is to bridge the gap in financial acumen until the company is large enough to hire full-time financial personnel. During transition, we assist with building the financial team necessary to continue the company’s growth.
